Dish TV CTO Veerender Gupta steps down, joins Dish Infra Services

Dish TV’s Chief Technology Officer, Veerender Gupta, has resigned from his position with effect from the close of business on 30 June 2026, the company said in a regulatory filing. His employment is being transferred from Dish TV India Limited to its wholly owned subsidiary, Dish Infra Services Private Limited.

The filing stated that Gupta has stepped down from his role as Chief Technology Officer and, following the transfer, will no longer be part of Dish TV’s senior management team.

The company said, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), this is to inform you that Mr. Veerender Gupta, part of Senior Management of the Company, and designated as ‘Chief Technology Officer’ has tendered his resignation from the said position with effect from close of business hours of today i.e. June 30, 2026.”

According to his resignation letter, Gupta’s employment will continue with Dish Infra Services Private Limited as part of the internal organisational transition. Impactonnet
