Shemaroo Entertainment, a media and entertainment company, is expanding its global presence through collaborations with four international telecom operators to extend its OTT platform, ShemarooMe. This strategic move involves partnerships with Zain, STC, and Mobily in Saudi Arabia, as well as Vodafone in Qatar. These collaborations, facilitated by DCB (Direct Carrier Billing) partners, 3A net and One97 Communications, underscore Shemaroo’s commitment to offering diverse entertainment experiences on a global scale.
Through this collaboration, ShemarooMe expands its footprint and introduces a convenient payment option for telecom operators’ customers via Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) partners. This allows users to easily subscribe to ShemarooMe through their mobile operator’s payment gateway.
With a reach extending to approximately 29 telecom providers across Southeast Asia, SAARC, and the MENA region, Shemaroo’s expansion aligns perfectly with its vision of transcending entertainment barriers. By delivering high-quality content across borders and catering to a diverse range of viewer preferences, Shemaroo aims to provide enriching entertainment experiences to audiences worldwide.
