I recently watched ‘Malik’, a Malayalam movie. A fast paced political suspense drama with good production value, acting and an interesting storyline make it a must-watch. ‘Asuran’ dubbed in Hindi, a caste conflict revenge drama is another good movie. OTT is giving viewers a variety of quality regional and international movies to choose from.

I have recently developed a great interest for Spanish, South Korean and Danish movies on OTT platforms. The Danish films are creative, often dark, but never boring. The Danish film industry has gained notoriety for its uncompromising choice of themes and aesthetics and the degree of creative freedom offered to directors, actors and producers alike over the past few years.

OTT is the new mantra for cinegoers in India. It has given a platform for the regional movie industry, including Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi etc to excel. I enjoyed watching regional movies which have high content like Sooraraipottru Mimi etc. OTT is cheap, too.

Very true. I have been watching Spanish, Mexican, German, Korean web series as well as movies because each country has a unique plot and presentation. I love to explore more such new regions other than Bollywood and Hollywood.

OTT platform has given viewers a variety of good films and web series. Instead of going to cinema halls, one can watch shows/films at home at one’s own convenience. This OTT platform is a blessing in disguise. I normally watch Tamil and Malayalam movies. The natural beauty of God’s own country can be enjoyed in Malayalam movies with good script and great acting.

Due to present pandemic-induced circumstances, I prefer to watch movies and shows on internet. Recently I watched a short movie, The Good Wife. Ahemdabad Mirror
