With the theme of Digital India-Connecting the unconnected, Convergence India expo creates a platform for players to promote Brand India, and extend the impact of Make in India and Digital India campaigns globally.

Convergence India has come a long way since it was conceptualized. What started as a communications and information and communications technology (ICT) event has become a mega expo showcasing convergence of technologies covering communications, digital broadcast, Internet of things (IoT), augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, embedded technology, mobile devices and accessories, gaming and entertainment as well.

The 28th Convergence India 2020 expo, scheduled February 19-21, 2020 in New Delhi, is an international platform where exhibitors showcase the latest technologies in the verticals of telecom, broadcast content production, management and delivery; wire and wireless technologies including broadband, 4G/SG networks, IT solutions like cloud, Big Data and analytics, smart homes, smart solutions, security and surveillance, M2M, loT, fintech, gaming, and many more.

With the theme of Digital India-Connecting the unconnected, Convergence India expo creates a platform for players to promote Brand India, and extend the impact of Make in India and Digital India campaigns globally. The three-day exhibition and concurrent conference sessions will bring together the latest technology innovations and trends from the industry, as well as emerging technologies and enterprise solutions under one roof and provide a great opportunity for industry leaders and influencers to discuss the latest trends and disruptions impacting various industry verticals.

The conference sessions will flash light on industry trending topics, such as:

  • Embracing the OTT revolution – Impact of a changed new OTT world; policies and regulation environment; investment opportunities; domestic versus international market; why OTT has a bright future in India; and how do advertisers look at OTT platforms

  • How OTT players are capitalizing on AI – Insights on customer behavior; better content pricing; conceptualization made easy; optimization of OTT delivery network; taking viewing experience to next level; and dubbing and subtitling impactJointly organized by the India Trade Promotions Organization (ITPO) and Exhibitions India Group (EIG), the annual expo provides a platform for players to promote Brand India, and extend the impact of Make in India and Digital India campaigns globally. Over 25,000 trade visitors are expected including key government officials, MSOs, D2H players, cable TV professionals, system integrators, broadcasters, satellite operators, distributors, cable operators associations, and broadcasting, among others.

    The 28th Convergence India 2020 follows 27th edition of Convergence India 2019, for which India Trade Promotion Organization (TPO), the premier trade promotion agency of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry partnered with the Exhibitions India Group, along with the Internet of Things India 2019, EmbeddedTech India 2019, and Mobile India 2019 expos. The 3-day event witnessed a record footfall of nearly 22,000 visitors who came to explore a wide array of products and applications put on display by 664 participants from 33 countries.

    Living up to expectations, the 28th edition of the Convergence India expo will once again bring together professionals, innovators and domestic and international business groups to interact, explore, and forge new relationships in one of the fastest growing global markets.
