The year 2009 was initially average in terms of business, but it proved out to be good for new products development and launch when we have launched our new product for CATV industry which was technically tested and approved by MSO's for maintaining the signal quality up to last mile operator. We are confident that year 2010 will be better for business, through existing accounts as well as newly opened accounts in satellite and CATV sector. As the digitalization of cable TV network is growing , cable operators has understood the need of right T&M equipments to provide good quality service to customers, resulting the demand for Digital Cable Meter is growing , which measures analog and digital signals and affordable price. Though the requirement of DTH Industry for T& M has almost reached saturation as few new service franchisees are joining the DTH race, still we see a potential and growth in this market due to the late entrants in DTH services, they are in expansion mode and we expect good business from them. Expecting a growth in demand from Doordarshan, private DSNG Van providers due to tough competition in live news broadcast with low cost Van's or manual flyway systems. I have noticed that many VSAT service providers are shifting form DVB-S platform to DVB-S2 or turbo coding platforms, which is favourable for Horizon satellite meters business. As mentioned earlier the digital cable market is growing in terms of quality of services and awareness on customer service is also improving, the digital cable meter will make its place on every CATV network very soon. On factors driving growth for broadcast T&M equipment in India For us the main driving factor for growth of T&M is awareness and affordability. Since Horizon products are used at receiving end by field technicians, who are not educated well and poorly trained on technology part, they also belong to the lower class of the society.
